For M.Sc. in Development Planing and Administration
Agriculture, Anthropology, Archeology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Geography, Geology, Mathematics, Medicine, Statistics, Veterinary Science (for graduates from any other Natural Science Discipline).
For M.A. in Development Planning and Administration
Commerce, Economics, Geography, Languages, Management, Mathematics, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, Public Administration, Social Work, Sociology, Statistics (or graduates from any other Social Science Discipline).
Applicants from other universities will have to fulfill the requirements of eligibility of the University of Pune.
Eligibility of International Candidates
The University of Pune has set up the International Centre which operates as a single window cell for all academic affairs pertaining to international candidates including those presently studying in Pune University or are past graduates of any other Indian University. The procedures for admission of international students are as follows:
The foreign nationals who are graduated from other Universities in India or abroad and seeking admission in the University of Pune for Postgraduate courses will have to clear the eligibility. They have to apply for the concerned course in the prescribed application form and submit the filled-in application form along with the provisional eligibility fee. The application and eligibility fees are as follows:
Application Form: Rs. 120
Provisional Eligibility: Rs. 400
Final Eligibility: US $550
The foreign national candidates who have already graduated from the University of Pune also need to clear eligibility. Such students need to apply in the prescribed Application Form with provisional eligibility fee. The application and eligibility fees are as follows:

Provisional Eligibility: Rs. 500
Final Eligibility: US $200
